Registration is now open for the 12th European Workshop on Advanced Control and Diagnosis in Pilsen.

Every participant is supposed to download and fill out the registration form (available in .doc or .pdf format) and send a scanned copy of the signed form back to the workshop e-mail address:

Registration fee

  • Full registration fee - 180,00 EUR (entitled up to 2 final submissions, each additional submission 80,00 EUR)
  • Student registration fee - 120,00 EUR (entitled to 1 final submission, each additional submission 80,00 EUR)
  • Accompanying person fee - 70,00 EUR
Note: To be eligible for the reduced fee, student must produce a valid certificate of enrollment (scanned copy) along with their registration form.

Full and student registration fee includes:

  • Access to technical sessions and plenary lectures
  • Programme and book of abstracts
  • Prepaid public transportation pass
  • Coffee and refreshments in the coffee breaks
  • Lunches on Thursday and Friday
  • Conference banquet on Thursday including a guided tour in the legendary Pilsner Urquell brewery
  • Farewell reception
  • VAT
Note: IOP Journal of Physics publication expenses will be covered by the project PUNTIS LO1506 of the Czech Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sports.

The registration will be completed and confirmation will be sent by e-mail upon receipt of payment.

Cancelation and refund policy

Cancellation or registration changes must be made in writing via e-mail to the IPC Programme Committee Chairs |

Cancellation received before October 23, 2015 are fully refundable minus 30 EUR processing and administration charge. Cancellations received after October 23, 2015 are non-refundable. No refunds will be given for non-attendance. Telephone cancellations are not accepted.
